Coffee percolator "Phin" filter
Recommended method of use:
Put 2-3 tablespoons of ground coffee into the filter and gently push the filter press inside.
Place the filter on the cup and pour a small amount of hot water in (96-100°C) to moisten the coffee. Wait about 20 seconds, then fill the filter chamber with hot water and cover with the lid. Over the next 5 minutes the water should drizzle through the strainer. Then remove the lid from the cup. According to your personal preference, add condensed milk or sugar. Vietnamese coffee can be served hot or add ice if you want to serve as iced coffee.
