Trung Nguyen Legendee

One of the world's most famous coffees, the Legendee is a unique enzymatically-treated coffee that releases flavours bound in the beans and that wouldn't have been released under the ordinary processing.
“The Legend” or the mystery of this coffee has its origins in drinks prepared by the natives from the washed coffee beans which had passed through the digestive tract of small hairy beasts, like civets or weasels. Just like genuine civet coffee, Legendee is incredibly delicious, soft and chocolaty.
